Mehta Desai & Associates was established in March 2009 by CA Rajesh Mehta and CA Supriya Desai with a shared vision: to provide honest, accurate, and affordable financial services to the people of Pune.
What began as a two-partner practice in a small office near FC Road has grown steadily over the years into a well-regarded firm with a team of 12 professionals, serving over 800 clients across income tax, GST, corporate compliance, and investment advisory.
In 2019, CA Amit Kulkarni — who joined the firm as an article assistant in 2010 — was inducted as a junior partner, bringing fresh energy and a focus on business compliance and investment services.

B.Com (Pune University, 2001). Qualified CA in 2004. Over 20 years of experience in direct taxation, tax audits, and HNI client advisory. CA Rajesh is the primary client relationship partner and handles all complex income tax matters, assessments, and representation before tax authorities.
M.Com (SNDT University, 2002). Qualified CA in 2006. 18 years of specialised experience in GST, indirect taxation, and MSME compliance. CA Supriya leads the firm's GST practice and is known for her meticulous approach to reconciliation and compliance management.
B.Com (Fergusson College, Pune, 2010). Qualified CA in 2014. Joined Mehta Desai as an article assistant in 2010 and was inducted as junior partner in 2019. Manages business compliance, ROC filings, and the firm's investment advisory practice.
